Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or order by mistake.

However, we will always replace items that are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size sent)

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert your customer service email], and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the fault/damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with UK Consumer Rights legislation.


Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may have entered production and cannot be cancelled.


Returns Address

Please do not return items directly to our printing partner. If a return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.


Additional Info

All returns and replacements are subject to the discretion of Bootneck.org. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear to have been used, washed, or altered.
